Degrees: PhD Electrical Engineering, North Carolina State University at Raleigh, 1985 MS Electrical Engineering, North Carolina State University at Raleigh, 1981 BS Physics with Solid State Electronics option, American University in Cairo, Egypt, 1979 Research Interests Wireless communications, numerical techniques in electromagnetics, smart antennas, neural network and machine learning applications in electromagnetics, reconfigurable antennas, RF/photonic antennas.
