Welcome back to UNM! The OSE Program will be hosting its OSE New Student Orientation Luncheon on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 12:30 PM -1:45 PM at CHTM, Room 103. This is a time when our new incoming PHD and MS degree students get oriented to the program and meet and greet the faculty, staff, and students.  All are invited to attend.
This fall's orientation will have several interesting speakers from the academic community. The OSE General Chair, Dr. Jean Claude Diels and Doris Williams, Sr. Academic Advisor will be addressing the new students. The OSE faculty, Drs. Denis Seletskiy and Marek Osinski will be presenting some of their research. Our UNM student group leaders will share the social, research and academic mission of their groups. 
FREE Lunch: Gyros Restaurant will be catering the luncheon with meat and vegetarian options.
